1What is RMA? How do I obtain a RMA?
RMA is Return Merchandise Authorization. All products sold are under manufacturers’ warranty (except used products). We provide the service to process the warranty on behalf of the customers in the first 12 months from the date of purchase. If you need to obtain an RMA number, you can fill out our RMA Request Form provided by your account manager or contact our Service/Technical Departments via email support@vrsicanada.com.
