Conflict Minerals Compliance Statement

We do not directly purchase or process conflict minerals, we only purchase finished computer hardware and components. We will continue to use commercially reasonable efforts to contact our suppliers to verify their compliance with this legislation.

To the best of our knowledge the products we sell, do not contain conflict minerals. However, we do not have the capability to trace with certainty the origins of raw ores used to fabricate the products that we purchased.

• Legal and Regulatory Compliance
  Suppliers are to ensure their operations and the products and services supplied to Ressources Systèmes Informatiques (VRSI) Inc. comply with all national and other applicable laws and regulations.
  
  
• Environmental Performance Improvement
  Suppliers are to  understand and reduce the environmental impacts of their operations, and of the products and services they provide to Ressources Systèmes Informatiques (VRSI) Inc. Systems. This includes programs that promote efficient use of energy and other resources; minimize the use of hazardous materials; promote reuse and recycling; and reduce emissions to air, soil, and water.
  
  
• Responsible Sourcing of Minerals
  Suppliers must ensure that parts and products supplied to contain minerals that are responsibly sourced. Suppliers are required to establish and maintain policies, due diligence frameworks, and management systems consistent with the OECD Due PiliQence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict. Suppliers must exercise due diligence on tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold necessary to the functionality or production of materials, parts, components, or products supplied to Ressources Systèmes Informatiques (VRSI) Inc. Suppliers must extend these expectations to their suppliers.
  
  
• Environmental Performance Improvement
  Suppliers are to  understand and reduce the environmental impacts of their operations, and of the products and services they provide to Ressources Systèmes Informatiques (VRSI) Inc.   Suppliers are to maintain effective management systems that integrate environmental, occupational  health and safety, human rights and labor policies, and ethics into their business and decision-making processes. This includes establishing appropriate objectives and targets, regularly measuring and assessing performance, and practicing continual improvement.

In addition, suppliers are to provide clear, timely, accurate, and appropriate reporting – or evidence in case of an audit to us upon request. In selecting and retaining qualified suppliers, Ressources Systèmes Informatiques (VRSI) Inc. will show preference to suppliers that meet the above requirements, Ressources Systèmes Informatiques (VRSI) Inc.
